Vega Abrasives are produced by Interkim Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş..

Interkim is owned by the Alpan family whose commercial interests 

generate revenues exceeding 25 million Euros every year.

Interkim was established in 1996 and commenced production the same

year with Italian know-how. In 2010, the company moved its premises to 

its current location in Istanbul, Turkey.

Since then, Interkim has produced high quality abrasives for marble, 

terrazzo, granite and porcelanato industries. Vega Abrasives is currently

among the most sought after abrasive brands in Turkey. 

In 2003, Interkim started production of Vega 5 Extra after extensive

research and development. Vega 5 Extra became an instant hit with

local abrasive users with its excellent polishing properties, long life and 

competitive prices.

Our goal is to become the best selling stone abrasive in our region of 

the world by continuously improving customer satisfaction through

developing ever more effective and reliable products and services.
