We only work with raw material suppliers who have a proven track record in quality and consistency. All critical raw materials used in production are required to have chemical analysis certificates. All materials are inspected upon procurement to check for compliance with suppliers' claims.
Our goal in production is to have zero defective products. All abrasives are produced in batches of 72-400 pieces. We have a system in place for tracking down every raw material party used in every batch.
Magnesite abrasives require a curing period after production similar to that of concrete which may take up to 3 weeks. The first three days of this period is extremely crucial. All of our magnesite abrasives are produced and cured in climate-controlled circumstances.
Our 5 extra is dried in electric furnaces to ensure 100% compliance with heating regimes.
Thus, together with the right choice of raw materials, life fluctuations are kept at a minimum, and polish quality is always preserved.
All products are checked for physical defects before they leave our factory. Every batch is also checked for its "hardness" to determine if it is ready for use or if it requires further curing.
